Dr. Frank DeCecco grew up in Rockaway Beach, New York, and has enjoyed living in various states and overseas as a member of the Army Veterinary Corps. Finding exposure to different people and cultures both rewarding and energizing, Dr. Frank likes to make a personal connection with all his clients. Focusing on compassion and understanding, he describes his role as similar to that of a pediatrician, helping his non-verbal patients as well as comforting and educating the family caregivers.
